Two to four weeks covers most trips. During major conventions at McCormick Place, send the brief as soon as your dates are set.

Can you meet a group at O'Hare?

Yes. We track the flight and the driver waits at the agreed door. Send the arrival manifest with the brief if you have one.

Can the bus wait between legs?

Yes. Standby time is billed hourly and listed separately on the quote.
